I had to get it done. Two slide shows in a row.....gag me with a spoon! BUT, it is the best way to get photos on and the best way to show many photos.
The first batch was San Diego. The second was the rest of the trip. We had a lot of fun!
We enjoyed going with the Griffith crew and we actually met up a few times, but seemed like we were at the opposite ends of the park every time we tried.
We did however, meet up in the evening to eat. We ate at Red Robin two of the nights. Ate at Gabe's favorite, Coco's one night too.
Their family had a wonderful time as well. Roy, to say the least, was the highlight of Jason's trip. We love you Roy. You are an amazing eater and you never cease to amaze us. Thanks for that! (I still cannot get over......SIX OMELETS!)
Any questions, comments, or concerns, talk to Heather or Jason!
The children were so much fun. Except for the occasional bickering, tired wines, and running off (yes, you Noah, I am talking to you.....let me explain. Noah wanted his dad, Heather said "then go find him!", Noah said "really", then mom said, "but take a map", "well, I don't have a map!", "then I guess you don't get to find your dad!. Well.......
Oblivious Carrie knew of the conversation, but was not aware that when Noah asked her for a map, he took that as a way to find his dad. Needless to say, we were worried for about 15 min, he then came back.....without dad.
I need to remember to think like a 9 year old! Sorry Heather!
As exhausting as it was, I was sad to leave Disneyland behind. It is such a magical place to be and when I look at the photos, it reminds me that we need to be happy and enjoy life! Forget about the small things and hold on to the things we love. My kids are growing up so fast and it makes me sad. I love spending the moments I can with them and Jason, I just wish it happened more.
I hope you enjoy the photos. I apologize for showing so many.
TTFN,
Carrie
